His areas of special interest include the use of Botox® for the prevention of migraine, the relationship between sinus disease and migraine, idiopathic intracranial hypertension (pseudotumor cerebri), headaches secondary to cerebrospinal fluid leaks, and indomethacin responsive headache syndromes (IRHS). Such interests led to his development of the novel product Gliacin™, which is the only known therapy (natural or pharmaceutical) shown to be an effective, safe, and reliable backup to indomethacin in those who experience debilitating IRHS.
Dr. Eross was the founder of Glia Sciences and serves as the company’s current president. Glia Sciences is the exclusive maker of Gliacin™, which is now sold in over 30 states and five different countries. Dr. Eross believes in a patient-centered approach that stresses patient empowerment through education, and diverse, cutting-edge therapies, as well as ongoing compassionate care.
